矿工焦虑状况与职业安全体验的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨矿工焦虑状况与职业安全体验的相关性。方法对678名矿工采用焦虑自评量表和一般情况调查表进行测评分析。结果本组矿工焦虑自评量表评分显著高于国内企业职工常模（ P＜0．01），其中26．5％的矿工存在不同程度的焦虑情绪；不同性别、工种、日工作时间、婚姻状况和职业安全体验矿工自评量表评分比较差异有显著性（ P＜0．05或0．01）；多元回归分析显示，工种、日工作时间及职业安全体验与矿工的焦虑水平显著相关（ P＜0．05或0．01）。结论矿工的焦虑水平显著高于国内企业职工，其焦虑状况与职业安全体验显著相关。Objective To explore the correlation between anxiety status and pro-fessional safety experience of miners .Methods Assessments were conducted with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and general condition questionnaire in 678 miners .Results The SAS scores of subjects were significantly higher than domestic enterprise employee norm （P〈0 .01） ,26 .5% of subjects had anxious e-motion in varying degrees ;there were significant differences in the SAS scores among miners with different genders ,kinds of work ,working time/day ,marital status and professional safety experience （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01）;multiple regression analysis showed that kinds of work ,working time/day and professional safety experience were significantly related to miners’ anxiety levels （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） .Conclusion Miners’ anxiety levels are significantly higher compared with domestic enterprise employees ,their anxious status is notably related to occupational safety experience .
