消防员心因性精神障碍1例护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解护理干预对消防员心因性精神障碍患者临床康复的影响。方法对1例消防员心因性精神障碍患者的护理干预进行回顾性分析。结果该患者在常规治疗的基础上予以综合护理干预3周后各种精神症状消失，痊愈出院。结论护理干预能显著促进消防员心因性精神障碍患者的临床康复。Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on clin- ical rehabilitation of fire-fighter with psychogenic mental disorder （PMD）. Methods Nursing interven- tions in 1 PMD fire-fighter were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 3 week routine treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention patient ＇s mental symptoms disappeared, then discharged from hospi- tal. Conclusion Nursing intervention could notably promote clinical rehabilitation of PMD fire-fighter.
