摘 要:目的本研究旨在通过健康青年志愿者自身对照的研究探讨进食对自主神经功能的影响。方法选取22名志愿者分别在不同日期接受对照组干预和试验组(高热量/低热量)干预。期间对志愿者进行EEG监测以辨别其睡眠状态、ECG监测以获取其心率变异性指标。结果分别将试验组(高热量/低热量)和对照组的餐前餐后HRV指标的差值进行分析比较,发现高热量组心率的差值[(5.8±4.5)vs(-1.89±6.4)]、LF/HF的差值[(0.4±0.8)vs(-0.2±0.8)]均显著高于对照组(p<0.05);前者餐前餐后HF的变异系数的差值[(0.044±0.088)vs(-0.023±0.091)],也显著高于对照组(p<0.001)。而低热量组只有心率餐前餐后的差值[(2.9±4.3)vs(-1.89±6.4)]显著高于对照组(p<0.05),其它指标在两组间的比较没有统计学差异。结论进食不同热量的食物对自主神经活动的影响不同,摄入高热量的食物对自主神经功能的改变较显著。Objective Our study aimed to assess the effects of meal take on the autonomic activity in a self control study in 22 young subjects. Methods Each subject was given two meal take test and a control test in different days. Standard polysomnography( PSG) recordings were used for determination of sleep stages,and electrocardiogram( ECG) recordings were used for the spectral analysis of heart rate variability( HRV). The second- to- second dynamic data of the HRV spectral parameters in the same sleep stage before and after meal take or rest( control),were then analyzed,based on which we analyzed the effect of meal take on the autonomic activity. Results Most of the subjects( 19 /22,86. 3%) fell asleep indeliberately when maintained at supine position,and significant difference of the spectral HRV parameters existed between quiet waking and stage 2 sleep,therefore,our study selected the ECG segments in the waking stage to assess the effects of meal take on the HRV spectral parameters. Oscillatory curves of HRV spectral parameters over time in the same sleep stage were obtained,so the average value and coefficient of variation( CV) was analyzed. Comparing the difference of post- test vs. pre- test between meal take group and control group,we found that the average value of heart rate [HR,( 5. 8 ± 4. 5) vs(-1. 89 ± 6. 4),p 0. 01]and low frequency- to- high frequency [LF /HF,( 0. 4 ± 0. 8) vs(- 0. 2 ± 0. 8),p 0. 01] is significant different,and the coefficient of variation( CV) of high frequency [HF,( 0. 044 ± 0. 088) vs(- 0. 023 ± 0. 091),p 0. 001]is significant different. Conclusion We could conclude that it is the meal take effect that results in the significant higher difference the heart rate and LF /HF,and significant greater oscillation of HF. The results also showed that the autonomic activity of HRV is affected by the calories of diets.
