米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月-2013年6月126例在门诊就诊的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,每晚睡前空腹给予口服米非司酮12.5 mg,连服2个月,于治疗前后分别查血常规、肝肾功能、B超查子宫内膜厚度,治疗前后两个月内每月分别查内分泌激素水平变化情况。结果 126例患者在服药期间均闭经,血清雌激素、孕激素水平下降,FSH、LH变化不明显,子宫内膜萎缩,肝肾功能均正常,血红蛋白均有不同程度的提高,贫血得到改善。结论米非司酮用于围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗安全、有效,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mifepristone for perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding（ PDUB）. Methods During June 2011 to June 2013,126 outpatients with PDUB in our hospital were included. these patients were treated with 12. 5mg mifepristone every night for two months. Before and after this treatment,a laboratory test was perform for Blood routine,liver and renal function,and the change of endometrial thickness was examined by B ultrasonic.We compared the level of progestational hormone each month in blood pre- and posttreatment for two months. Results During taking the medicine,all cases were menostasis. The level of Progestin andestrogenic hormone blood serum was low,and FSH、LH was not change. The endometrium became thinner. The function of liver and renal were normal. Hemoglobin of all cases was significantly increased to some extent,and anaemia was improved. Conclusion mifepristone is an effective,safe in the treatment of PDUB.
