摘　　要：医院纪检监察职能主要集中在教育、监督、查处、保护四个方面。本文通过服务理念的传播、顶层设计与规划、人文环境的营造、制度规范的建设对纪检检查职能进行全方位的改革与创新。The function of the hospital inspection focused on education,supervision,investigate,protection and deal with four aspects. In this paper,spread through the concept of service,the design and planning,to create a humanistic environment,construction of system specifications,to reform and innovate of the full range of disciplinary inspection function.
