摘　　要：随着社会网络信息资源的丰富与共享,网络技术的进步与发展,社会交流方式的普及,社会网络信息生态系统在给社会群落带来方便的同时也逐渐的表现出系统的不平衡。因此,必须对系统治理提出相应的模式并进行策略研究。With a rich social networking and sharing information resources, progress and development of network technology, the popularity of social communication, social networking information ecosystem in community to bring convenience to the community and it is also the performance of the system gradually imbalance. Therefore, the system must be made in the appropriate mode of governance and conduct strategic research.
