摘　　要：公共信息资源多元化管理模式决定了政府与私人企业、第三部门共同参与公共信息资源管理建设,并由此产生了政府寻租、职责缺失、角色定位不清晰等问题。本文从公共信息资源管理的多元化发展角度出发,分析了政府与其他管理主体之间的协调互动关系,明确了政府在管理过程中所承担的多重复合角色。The diversified management mode of public information resources determines the government and private enterprises, the third departments jointly participate in the construction of public information resources management. It course some problems： government rent seeking, lack of responsibility, resulting not clear. This paper will analysis the relationship, coordination and interaction between government and other management main body under the diversified development of public information resources management; clear the government multiple roles in the process of management.
