手足口病防治知识和相关行为调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临沂市城区居民对手足口病相关知识的知晓程度和影响因素,为预防控制本病提供理论依据。方法采用自制的调查问卷,对942例手足口病患儿家长进行调查。结果接受调查的居民中,对手足口病知识掌握程度达到优良的占21.7%,及格的占27.9%,不及格的占50.3%;99.4%的被调查居民知道手足口病为传染性疾病,但对本病的高发季节、传播途径及对传染源的管理认识不足,分别为49.9%,33.7%,10.6%;99.3%的居民认为患手足口病后应该及时就诊,但对重症手足口病的表现了解不多(11.0%)。89.7%的居民认为患本病应该服用抗生素,88.4%的居民对退热药的应用比较积极。不同文化程度、不同年龄阶段对手足口病知识的掌握程度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论普通居民缺乏手足口病知识,需要开展多种形式健康教育,提高普通居民对本病预防控制意识。Objective To study the prevention knowledge and correlated behavior of patients with Hand-foot-mouth disease .Methods A total of 942 parents of children with hand-foot-mouth disease were sur-veyed by a self-designed questionnaire .Results Among the surveyed ,21 .7% mastered the knowledge of hand-foot-mouth disease ,27 .9% got much of the knowledge and 50 .3% failed to get the knowledge .99 . 4% considered the hand-foot-mouth disease to be an infectious disease ,however ,they lacked the aware-ness of the high-occurrence seasons ,the route of transmission and the management of infection source （with the rates of awareness being 49 .9% ,33 .7% and 10 .6% respectively） .99 .3% of them believed that the disease should be treated immediately ,but only 11 .0% of them knew about the clinical manifestations of severe hand-foot-mouth disease .89 .7% believed that the disease should be treated with antibiotics and 88 .4% tended to use antipyretics actively .Their different education background and age may have an in-fluence on their knowledge of hand-foot-mouth disease（ P 〈0 .01） .Conclusion The knowledge of hand-foot-mouth disease is poor among common people ,and health education on people is needed to control the disease .
