摘 要:研究了3个直立穗型和3个弯曲穗型粳稻品种穗上不同粒位籽粒品质的粒位效应。结果表明,粒位效应大小与穗型特征关系不大,因不同基因型而异;2种穗型多数品种的一次枝梗和二次枝梗间籽粒的碾米品质、外观品质、蒸煮食味品质、营养品质、淀粉RVA谱特征值有显著差异,穗上部、穗中部和穗下部枝梗间籽粒的碾米品质、外观品质、蒸煮食味品质、营养品质、淀粉RVA谱特征值也有显著差异,一次枝梗和二次枝梗与穗上部、穗中部和穗下部枝梗这两类粒位之间的互作对品质性状影响显著。粒位效应对同一基因型穗内不同粒位上籽粒品质有重要影响。Under the field conditions, three japonica cultivars with erect panicle and three japonica cultivars with curved panicle were applied to compare grain position effect in rice quality of grains at different positions in two different panicle types. The results showed that panicle types of japonica rice which varied with cuhivars had no direct correlation with grain position effect in the grains between the six japonica cuhivars tested. The significant differences of milling quality, grain shapes, chalky characters, nutritional and cooking qualities, RVA profile characteristics in the grains could be found for two panicle types of most rice cultivars on different rachises ( primary and secondary rachises) and different panicle position, i. e. top, middle, and bottom. Interac- tions among grains located on different rachises (primary and secondary rachises) and panicle position, i. e. top, middle, and bottom in rice cultivars had significantly effect on grains quality. Grain position effect had important influence on grain quality at different grains within a panicle.
