摘　　要：阐述了在羊绒针织品生产过程中关键过程质量控制的重要性。通过分析羊绒针织品生产过程中织片下机尺寸与后整理洗缩对成品质量的直接影响,指出在羊绒针织品生产过程中的关键过程为织片下机尺寸控制与后整理的洗缩。根据生产实践经验,介绍了的相应的质量控制方法,并对影响后整理洗缩的各种因素进行了重点分析,对洗缩中常见的一些问题给出了一些处理方法,对生产企业具有一定的参考价值。Cashmere knitwear with its good performance, is well received by consumers. The whole process of cashmere knitwear production, the whole process is the formation of product quality. In this paper, the key process in the whole process of production in cashmere knitwear, the importance of quality control are analyzed. Through the analysis of cashmere knitwear production process, machine size fabric and finishing washing shrinkage directly affect the quality of the products. It points out the key process in cashmere knitwear production process to control the machine size fabric under and after finishing washing shrinkage. Based on years of production experience, the introduction of quality control of the corresponding methods, and various factors affecting the whole washing shrinkage were analyzed, to wash some common problems in some shrinkage processing method, has the certain reference value to the production enterprises.
