摘  要:[目的]引进一种植物调节剂(GGR10号植物生长调节剂),研究其对烤烟生长及经济性状的影响。[方法]GGR10号植物生长调节剂浓度分别为0、50、100、150、200 mg/L。[结果]不同处理间烤烟田间长势、开片落黄差异显著,其中浓度150 mg/L GGR10号植物生长调节剂效果最好,浓度200 mg/L GGR10号植物生长调节剂次之。随着GGR10号植物生长调节剂浓度增大,烤烟株高、上部和中部叶面积及产量均表现出先升高后降低的趋势,下部叶面积和产值表现出逐渐升高的趋势。同时,烤烟产量增加是导致产值显著提高的主要原因。[结论]综合分析,浓度150 mg/L GGR10号植物生长调节剂效果最好,烤烟生长发育良好,烟叶产量和产值显著提高。该研究可为宝鸡地区特色优质烟叶开发提供理论和实践依据。[Objective] The aim was to introduce a kind of green plant regulator agent(plant growth regulator-GGR10),and then study its effects on growth and economic characters of flue-cured tobacco.[Method] Five concentration of plant growth regulator-GGR10 was 0,50,100,150,200 mg/L,resp..[Result] The field growth and open-yellowing condition of flue-cured tobacco significantly influenced by different treatment,and 150 mg/L-plant growth regulator-GGR10 was the best,200 mg/L-plant growth regulator-GGR10 came second.With the concentration of plant growth regulator-GGR10 rose,the plant height,upper and middle leaf area and yield of flue-cured tobacco ascend first and then descend,while lower leaf area and output value of flue-cured tobacco gradually increased.In addition,flue-cured tobacco yield increase was the main reason for significant enhancement of tobacco leaf output value.[Conclusion] Based on the comprehensive analysis,the effects of 150 mg/L-plant growth regulator-GGR10 was the best,because its growth and development of flue-cured tobacco was better and its yield and output value improved significantly.The study provides a theoretical and practical basis for development of characteristics and good quality tobacco leaves in Baoji Area.
