摘  要:采用铁片为电极,研究了原水pH、电解电流、极板间距对污水电解除磷效果的影响规律。结果表明,溶液初始pH在中性或弱酸性条件下TP去除效果较好。电解电流增大,TP的去除效果提高,电流在1.0A时电解达到同一除磷效果所需用的电解时间是电流在0.5 A时的1/2。极板间距太小时,会产生浓差极化现象;极板间距过大时,相应的能耗会增大。在极板间距为5cm、电解电流为0.5 A、溶液初始pH为7时,对初始TP的质量浓度为15 mg/L的实际污水样品进行电解,15min后,TP的质量浓度就降低为0.5mg/L,达到GB18918-2002一级A排放标准。Using iron as the electrode, influence of raw water pH, electrolytic current and plate distance on phosphorus removal by electrolytic process was studied. The experimental results showed that the total phosphorous removal effect was better while the initial solution pH was neutral or weak acid. Efficiency of the phosphorus removal improved with increase of electrolytic current. In our study, the electrolytic time reduced half when the electrolytic current increased from 0.5 A to 1.0 A. It caused concentration polarization when the plate distance was smaller and high energy consumption when it was bigger. With initial pH of 7, plate distance in 5 cm and electrolytic current at 0.5 A, the phosphorous concentration dropped from 15 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L after electrolyzed for 15 min and meet the level 1 A discharge standards for GB 18918--2002.
