摘 要:采用硝酸改性竹炭A/O接触氧化工艺(AC/OC)处理生活污水,并以组合填料A/O接触氧化工艺(AP/OP)作对比,考察了2种反应器的挂膜启动性能,以及水力停留时间(HRT)、DO和体积回流比等对其去除COD、氨氮和总氮的影响。结果表明,AC/OC工艺与AP/OP工艺具有相似的挂膜特性,但AC/OC对污染物的总体去除性能有所提高。当HRT为18 h,DO质量浓度为4 mg/L,体积回流比为100%时,AC/OC工艺对COD和氨氮的去除率可达81.2%和89.9%。维持HRT、DO质量浓度不变时,随着回流比的增加,AC/OC工艺对氨氮的去除率有显著的提高。硝酸改性竹炭具有廉价、耐磨、高比表面积和良好的化学稳定性等特点,基于该填料的A/O接触氧化工艺具有良好的应用前景。A/O bio-contact oxidation process with bamboo charcoals modified by nitric acid (Ac/Oc) as carriers was used for the treatment of domestic sewage, contrasted with A/O bio-contact oxidation process using combined carriers (Ap/Op). Many aspects, including biofilm culturing abilities, the systems' removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen, and the effect of hydraulic detention time (HRT), dissolved oxygen (DO) and reflux ratio to the systems' removal, were studied and compared. The results showed that Ac/Oc had a similar biofilm culturing character with Ap/Op, but higher removal rates of pollutants. With the optimal parameters of HRT of 18 hours, concentration of DO at 4 mg/L and the reflux ratio of 100%, the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen respectively achieved 81.2% and 89.9%. At constant value of HRT and concentration of DO, the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen raised significantly with the increment of the reflux ratio. Since bamboo charcoals modified by nitric acid have many qualities, such as low cost, abrasion resistance, high specific surface area, and good chemical stability and so on, the A/O bio-contact oxidation process with them as carriers will be found in excellent application prospect.
