摘 要:为去除染料生产废水中的有机物和色度,提高难降解废水的可生化性,通过氧化镁混凝结合Fenton氧化工艺研究对该类废水的处理以及其可生化性的研究。结果表明,氧化镁可以有效地用于此类低pH的废水处理,在Mg2+的质量浓度为5 g/L时,适宜的混凝pH在12左右,COD去除率达到26%以上,且难降解有机物优先被去除,B/C从0.05提高到0.09。Fenton氧化优化条件为pH=3.5、m(H2O2):m(Fe2+)=5,此时色度和COD去除率分别69.4%和47.8%。废水可生化性大大提高4倍以上。In order to improve the biodegradability, magnesium oxide coagulation and Fenton oxidation were combined to treat dying wastewater. The wastewater biodegradability and treatment were investigated. In this study, optimized mass concentration MgO of 5 mg/L and pH at 12 was obtained to achieve up to 26% COD removal. With recalcitrant COD removal, the ratio of BOD and iSOD was increased from 0.05 to 0.09. Fenton oxidation condition was also optimized at pH=3.5, m(H2O2):m(Fe^2+)= 5, with color and COD removal of 69.4% and 47.8% respectively. The final ratio of BOD and COD was increased by four times.
