摘 要:针对水解酸化+循环活性污泥工艺处理制药废水为主的污水处理厂水质不能达到DB4426-2001一级标准的问题,采用MBR工艺对废水进行处理。3个月的运行调试结果表明,出水水质可稳定达到DB4426-2001一级标准。对膜的清洗方法、清洗剂的选择和膜清洗后恢复情况进行了实验研究。被污染的膜进行清洗后可以恢复到最初的跨膜压差状态,验证MBR膜工艺用于该工业园区污水处理厂升级改造项目是完全可行的。The water quality of a sewage treatment plant was not met the primary standard of DB 4426-2001, which was using hydrolytic acidification + cyclic activated sludge process for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment. Here we used MBR process to solve the problem. After three months' operation and adjustment, the effluent quality of the wastewater treatment plant has reached the local standard of the first class criteria. And the cleaning methodsofmembrane, the selection of cleaning agents and the recovery of the membrane after c^eaning were studied. That the contaminated membrane can restore, to the original state of transmembrane pressure difference after cleaning proves that it is completely feasible to upgrade the project of the wastewater treatment plant in the industrial park with the MBR membrane technology.
