摘  要:采用热致相分离法(热法)制备的PVDF超滤膜在自来水厂进行了浸没式超滤工艺的水处理中试,系统设计产水量为100 m3/d,膜的运行条件为:曝气频率16次/d,曝气时间60 s/次,反洗频率16次/d,反洗时间90 s/次,维护性化学清洗周期为14 d。结果表明,当水温为10-20℃,平均通量为30 L/(m^2·h)时,跨膜压差为12-17 kPa。水回收率在97%以上,电耗为0.08kWh/t。所使用的PVDF超滤膜,具有强度高、通量大、截留性能好、抗污染能力强等优点,适合在市政饮用水深度处理中应用。The PVDF ultrafiltration membrane prepared by thermally-induced phase separation method was used for water treatment in tap water plant. The design water yield is 100 m^3/d, and the running conditions of membrane are as follows: aeration frequency is 16 times/d, aeration time is 60 s/time, backwashing frequency is 16 times/d, backwashing time is 90 s/time, and maintenance chemical cleaning cycle is 14 d. The results show that when the water temperature is 10-20 ℃ and the average flux is 30 L/(m^2·h), transmembrane pressure difference is 12- 17 kPa, water recovery is above 97%, and energy consumption is 0.08 kWh/t. The PVDF ultrafiltration membrane has many advantages, such as high strength, flux, separation performance and antifouling ability, which is suitable for municipal drinking water advanced treatment.
