摘  要:介绍了国内某石化企业已应用的含油废水深度治理技术,提出了适合石化行业含油废水深度治理技术评价的指标体系,并以此为依据对采用的曝气生物滤池(BAF)、工程菌-曝气生物滤池(EM-BAF)、膜生物反应器(MBR)和流化床生物膜反应器(MBBR)技术进行了评估。结果表明,MBR总得分为417.5,要高于BAF工艺(397)、EMBAF工艺(380.5)和MBBR工艺(330.75)。综合考虑,MBR工艺是处理石化行业含油废水的最优工艺。可为相关企业技术选择提供依据。Here we introduced advanced treatment technology of oily wastewater applied in a petrochemical enterprise, and the assessment indicator system for the advanced treatment technology was proposed. Meanwhile, the assessments on biological aerated filter (BAF), engineering bacteria-biological aerated filter (EM-BAF), membrane bioreactor (MBR) and fluidized bed membrane bioreactor (MBBR) were performed. The results show that the total score of MBR was 417.5, which was higher than those of BAF (397), EM-BAF (380.5) and MBBR (330.75). Overall, MBR process is the optimum technology for oily wastewater treatment, which provides a basis for the relevant enterprises.
