粉末树脂过滤器+高速混床精处理系统在超临界空冷机组的应用

摘　　要：介绍了粉末树脂过滤器+高速混床精处理系统在超临界空冷机组中的应用情况,分析了机组锅炉点火吹管、汽轮机冲转、整套试运、168h满负荷试运期间凝结水精处理系统运行情况。结果表明,该系统设计合理,设备性能优良,出水水质好,能够满足机组各种运行工况出水水质优良,满足GB/T12145-2008中各项指标要求,为该系统在今后同类型机组设计、调试、运行阶段提供极为重要的参数借鉴。The application of powdered ion exchange resin filter and high-speed mixed bed condensate polishing system in supercritical air cooling unit is introduced. Running conditions of the condensate polishing system during boiler unit ignition torch, turbine speeding, whole-unit start-up, 168 h full load operation is analyzed in detail. The results show that the system is reasonable in design, and equipment has excellent performance, the outlet water quality meets the requirement of GB/T 12145 --2008 standard, but also supply extremely important parameter reference for the same type unit during the design, commissioning and operation period.
