摘  要:为解决某火电厂2×300 MW亚临界机组凝结水精处理设备投产以来故障较多一直无法正常投运的问题,对该厂4台混床及1套树脂体外分离装置进行了技改,并应用了"IRIC树脂图像智能识别及控制仪"。结果表明,停运3 a之久的凝结水精处理系统正常投运,锅炉给水和饱和蒸汽的氢电导率降低约60%,二氧化硅含量降低约80%,热力系统汽水品质明显改善,机组启动至洗硅合格的时间缩短约70%,锅炉排污率降低约60%,且各项运行指标达到国内较先进水平。To solve the problem of 2×300 MW suberitical unit condensate polishing equipment malfunction in some thermal power plant, technical improvement on 4 mixed beds and resin in vitro separation device was performed. The results show that condensate polishing system off-stream for 3 a was put into normal operation, the hydrogen conductivity of boiler feed water and saturated steam was reduced by 60% and silicon dioxide content was decreased by 80%, steam-water quality of thermodynamic system was obviously improved, the time from units start-up to silicon cleaning eligible was shortened by 70%, boiler blowdown rate was reduced by 60%, each operating index was achieve the domestic advanced level.
