摘 要:利用中心波长为1060nm的输出波形可调的皮秒脉冲激光器作为种子源,采用掺镱(Yb)光纤放大器将该信号放大,最终得到输出脉宽范围为0.5~10ns,平均功率为18~21w,峰值功率为儿~30kW,单脉冲能量为0.02~0.13mJ的近似单模的500ps脉宽可调主振荡功率放大(MOPA)光纤激光器渺=1.5)。该高峰值功率、高单脉冲能量及高平均功率的光纤激光器满足激光加工、材料处理和非线性转换等领域的需要,尤其对于激光加工热影响敏感的材料是一种重要的光源。A picosecond pulse laser with central wavelength of 1060 nm and adjustable output waveform is used as the seed source. This seed source is amplified by an Yb-doped double cladding fiber amplifier, and the output pulse width can be adjusted between 0.5-10 as. In each waveform of the master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) fiber laser, the highest average power is in the range of 18-21 W, peak power is in the range of 11-13 kW, and single pulse energy is in the range of 0.02-0.13 mJ with a near single-mode beam (M2=1.5). This high peak power, high single pulse energy and high average power fiber laser can meet the requirements of the area of the laser machining, material processing and the nonlinear transfer, and is a significant light source for some material which is sensitive to the heat when processed by lasers.
