摘 要:对SPHC钢热轧卷板表面翘皮缺陷的形成原因进行了分析,结果表明:连铸过程浸入式水口结瘤导致结晶器保护渣卷入钢液是产生翘皮缺陷的主要原因。通过热力学计算和工业试验对钙处理的热力学条件和中间包覆盖剂的化学成分进行了优化。采用优化的工艺参数后,浸入式水口的结瘤问题得到有效解决,结晶器液面波动值小于±3 mm,SPHC热轧卷板表面翘皮缺陷明显减少。The reason of sliver defect on the surface of hot-rolled SPHC strip was investigated.The results showed that mold powder entrapment caused by the clogging of submerged entry nozzle was the predominant reason in the process of continuous casting.Calcium treatment thermodynamics and tundish flux chemistry were optimized based on the thermodynamic calculation and industrial experiments.After the optimized processing parameters used,the clogging issue of submerged entry nozzle was resolved effectively,mold level fluctuation could be steadily controlled at less than±3 mm,and surface sliver defect of hot-rolled SPHC strip was significantly reduced.
