摘 要:利用能量色散X荧光探针分析仪,在常温常压环境下激发毒砂和黄铜矿物的特征X射线,采集所形成矿物标本的微区特征X荧光谱线。将岩石矿物标本的显微照片、特征X荧光谱线、主量元素的含量与含量比值作为特定矿物的识别信息,建立了毒砂、黄铜矿等矿物识别的特征信息库。利用所建立的特征信息库对广西大厂地区的未知岩石矿物进行了快速识别。结果表明,建立的实验平台和常见岩石矿物特征信息库,可有效减少矿石鉴定花费高、速度慢的缺陷,弥补其受人为因素影响大等的缺点,实现了原位鉴定。可望为矿产勘查、开发和选矿提供技术支持。Characteristic X-ray fluorescence spectra in micro-district from mineral specimens were collected by using the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence probe analyzer to stimulate characteristic X-rays of minerals arsenopyrite and chalcopyrite at ambient environment. The photomicrographs of rock and mineral specimens, mineral composition, characteristic X-ray fluorescence spectra, contents and the content ratios of major elements were collected to establish characteristic information database. The established characteristic information database was applied in Dachang Guangxi area to quickly identify rocks and minerals which were unknown. This study shows the established experimental platform and common rocks and minerals characteristic information database can effectively reduce the ore identification costly and slow defects, compensate influences by human factors and large drawback to achieve in situ identification. Thereby,it is expected to provide technical support for mineral exploration, mining and beneficiation.
