摘 要:提高注入蒸汽热焓是超稠油热采开发的关键技术之一。为了保证蒸汽注入过程中的热焓,最大限度地降低热损失,防止高温蒸汽热胀冷缩损坏套管和水泥环,必须采用井筒隔热技术。常规的普通套管完井工艺配套热采隔热工艺技术,一般采用隔热油管注汽,普通油管转抽,导致频繁作业,下入井下工具多,事故风险大。隔热套管完井技术,采用隔热套管完井,配套注汽和生产一体化普通油管生产管柱,可有效解决井筒隔热问题,提高套管、水泥环的安全性和蒸汽热能的利用率,且可在放喷后马上转抽,使注采工艺得以简化,降低了人工成本和作业费用。在河南油田的超稠油区块现场应用中,该技术取得了很好的效果,实施的2口直井产量是该区块同类型井的2倍左右,经济效益明显,也为在同类油藏水平井实施先导试验作了有益尝试。To impruve the euthalpy of injection steam is the key teehnology in uhra-heavy oil thermal development. In order to guarantee tile enthalpy in the process of steam injection, reduce heat loss utmostly, prevent the damage of the casings and cement mantle in high-temperature steam, the wellbnre heat insulation technology is needed. The conventional cased-hole completions require the borehole thermally insulating insulation technology iu thermal recovery, generally adopt insulated tubing steam injection and ordinary tubing transfer pumping, which will eause frequent nperations and enlarge the accident risks caused by a number of dowhole tools tripped in wellbore. In insulation easing well completion technology, using insulation easing completion, supporting the steam injection and production integratiou of ordinary tubing production string not only effectively solve the wellbore insulation problems, improve the casing and cement mantle security and steam heat utilization, increase the produetion rate, but also transfer pumping immediately after the blowout, simplify the injectinn and production processes, and reduce labor costs and operating expenses. The field applications in Henan Oilfield obtain very goud results. Two wells are operated with completion technique by heat insulated casings, compared with the same types of wells in the pilot test ultra-heavy oil block, the production is about 2 times as much as that of other wells and the eenuomic effect is obvious.
