摘  要:试验采用“完全随机”与“交叉”两个设计方法 ,以 1 5只鸡为一个试验单元 ,分别设 6与 8个重复。第一个试验设 3个处理 ,即 1∶ 50 0 EM发酵料、1∶ 50 0 EM喷洒料与对照组 ;第二个试验设 EM发酵与未发酵 2个处理。试验结果表明 :EM发酵组较对照组每单元分别多产蛋 64 .3个 ( P<0 .0 1 )与 1 7.1个 ( 0 .0 1 <P<0 .0 5) ;蛋重分别提高 1 .4 2 g与 0 .71 g( 0 .0 1 <0 .0 5) ;蛋壳厚增加 0 .0 2 6mm( P<0 .0 1 ) ;两个试验分别以3 7.8元与 3 1 .8元的支出获得鸡蛋 3 0 .8kg与 1 2 .2 kg;EM鸡舍的 NH3含量较对照含量减少 1 9.7% ( 0 .0 1 <P<0 .0 5)The feeding effect experiments of EM effective microbe were carried out under two different experimental designs Completely random and cross design in layer. 270 layers were randomly divided into three groups,the EM fermentation(1∶500 EM),the EM spray (1∶500 EM) and the control in the first design with 6 repeats i.e.6 trial unitand 240 layers were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment(fermentation)and control in the second design with 8 repeats (i.e.8 trial units) and 15 layers in one unit.The results showed that the egg production increased 64.3 eggs (P<0.01) and 17.1 eggs (0.01<P<0.05),the egg shell thickness increased 0.026 mm (P<0.01) per unit in the EM treatment group compared with the control group. The content of NH 3 decreased 3.61 ppm/m 3(0.01<P<0.05) in the layers's sheds of the EM treatment group compared with those of the control group.
