摘  要:研究了用盐酸从赤泥中浸出铝。通过正交试验、极差分析和方差分析,确定了各因素对Al2O3浸出率的影响及浸出最佳条件。结果表明:各因素对Al2O3浸出率的显著性影响顺序为盐酸浓度>温度>液固体积质量比>浸出时间;最佳浸出条件为:温度107℃,浸出时间90min,液固体积质量比5∶1,盐酸浓度7mol/L;最佳条件下,Al2O3浸出率为72.07%;浸出反应符合液体与多孔固体间的反应模型。确定了Al2O3浸出率与浸出时间的最佳拟合方程。Leaching of Al2 O3 from red mud using hydrochloric acid was investigated .Through five-factors and four-levels orthogonal tests ,directviewing and variance analysis ,the influence of various factors on leaching of alumina and optimum leaching conditions were determined .The results show that hydrochloric acid concentration ,leaching temperature ,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass and leaching time affect the alumina leaching ,under the conditions of leaching temperature of 107 ℃ , leaching time of 90 min ,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 5 ∶ 1 ,hydrochloric acid concentration of 7 mol/L ,leaching rate of alumina is 72 .07% .The leaching reaction is in line with fluid-porous solid reactions model .The equation about the alumina leaching rate and leaching time is determined .
