摘  要:研究了热处理过程中煤矸石的物相转化及影响煤矸石活性的因素。结果表明:焙烧制度直接影响煤矸石的物相转化及活性;焙烧过程中,高岭石消失,蓝晶石生成,石英含量增加;随焙烧温度升高和保温时间延长,铝、硅活性逐渐提高;加碳酸钠混合焙烧,矿物结构被破坏,铝、硅活性有所提高。The transformation of phases in coal gangue and the influencing factors on its activity were researched .T he results show that the phases transformation and activity of coal gangue are directly affected by roasting system .During roasting ,kaolinite disappeared ,and kyanite appeared ,quartz increased .With the increase of roasting temperature and roasting time ,the activity of Al-Si gradually was improved .Also ,the mineral structure is destroyed and the activity of Al and Si are increased through adding sodium carbonate to gangue before roasting .
