摘  要:以皇竹草腋芽或顶芽作外植体 ,接种在脱分化培养基上培养 ,可获得胚性愈伤组织。将愈伤组织转接在再分化培养基上即可产生胚状体再生植株 ,获得的再生植株经多次切割后其基部又能产生不定芽形成再生植株 ,由此可获得大量的皇竹草再生植株建立起皇竹草快繁体系 ,为牧草生产提供优质种苗。Embryonic calli could be obtained from explants such as terminal buds and axillary buds of hybrid giant napier inoculated in induced media during tissue culture. The plantlets could be regenerated from somatic embryos originated from the embryonic calli cultured in regeneration media. Some adventitious buds could from around the basic parts segregated from the regenerated plantlets and grow up to plantlets. By means of the two ways of forming plantlets, a quantities of plants could be propagated in vitro tissue culture and the fast propagation system could established successfully.
