摘 要:目的构建Sprague Dawley大鼠脊髓压迫损伤模型急性和亚急性损伤后体感诱发电位(SEP)波幅与时间曲线图,分析损伤后的假阳性回升波。方法 40只大鼠随机分为T11脊髓损伤组(A组)和空白对照组(B组),采用诱发电位仪和BBB运动能力等级量表评分记录脊髓损伤后不同时间点SEP N20及P40波幅及潜伏期,了解脊髓功能变化情况。结果神经电生理检测结果表明,A组大鼠脊髓损伤后SEP波幅出现下降,与B组相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组大鼠BBB运动功能评分显著低于B组(P<0.01),并与SEP监测结果相一致。结论本研究探讨脊柱外科手术中脊髓损伤后SEP波幅与时间变化曲线图,为排除假阴性假阳性结果提供数据依据,为手术医生提供更佳的手术安全环境。Objective Using the Sprague Dawley rats with acute spinal cord compression injury as models for experimentalsubjects, draw the acute and sub-acute graph of changes between time and volatility of the somatosensory evoked potential (SEP)after various kinds of spinal cord injuries, provide prognostic indicators and analyse the falsepositive rising amplitude. MethodsForty rats were randomly divided into normal control group and spinal cord injury group with level Tll injured. The amplitude andlatency of N20 and P40 to detect the changes in spinal cord function with the BBB locomotor function scores and SEP at differentpostoperative time points were recorded. Results According to the nerve electrophysiological test, the amplitude of SEP hassignificant difference in statistic between the group of spinal cord injury and the group of control (P〈0.01). The EBB locomotorfunction scores of injury group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusions Drawing the graph ofchanges between time and volatility of the SEP after spinal cord injury during spinal surgery procedure, the purpose of this studyis to provide better security environment for surgeons and accurate data for excluding false negative and false positive.
