摘  要:烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+/NADH)是目前已知300多种脱氢酶的辅酶,通过对NADH的检测,可以间接测定底物浓度或酶活力。如何利用电化学技术实现NADH的准确、快速、稳定检测,一直是电化学及生物传感领域的重要课题。碳纳米管(CNT)的发现为NADH的电化学检测注入新的生机。本文综述了近年来碳纳米管修饰电极在NADH电化学检测及脱氢酶生物传感器构建中的应用进展,并展望了其应用前景。Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide ( NADH ) is involved as a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reaction of NAD+/NADH dependent dehydrogenases. The application of amperometric NADH sensors has evolved to provide a promising measurement technique for detection of substrate or enzymatic activity. However , the direct oxidation of NADH at ordinary electrodes often requires high overpotential and suffers from low sensitivity and the fouling of the electrode surface by its oxidation products. In recent years, carbon nanotubes ( CNT) are attracting growing attention in decreasing the high overpotential for NADH oxidation and minimizing the surface fouling. This paper introduces the research progress of the NADH electrochemical sensors based on CNT-modified electrodes, and foretells its application prospect.
