头皮发际区微针疗法对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨头皮发际区微针疗法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效。方法将60例VD患者随机分为观测组、对照组2组。观测组选取头皮发际区特定穴点,采用毫针手法操作;对照组口服吡拉西坦片。2组治疗时间均为12周。分别于治疗前后用散射比浊法测定血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,采用MMSE和ADL量表评定患者的认知功能、社会活动功能及日常生活能力。结果观测组总有效率为60.00%,对照组为53.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组MMSE、ADL量表评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,观测组MMSE、ADL量表评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组血浆CRP水平治疗后较治疗前自身比较均有显著下降(P<0.01);治疗后,观测组血浆CRP水平与对照组比较下降更为明显(P<0.05),结论头皮发际区微针疗法对于VD疗效确切,其治疗机理与降低血浆CRP含量相关。Objective To explore the efficacy of micro-acupuncture at scalp hairline area on the treatment of vascular dementia （VD）. Methods Sixty cases of VD were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. In the observation group, the filiform needle technique was applied at specific acupoints in the scalp hairline, while the pharmacotherapy （oral administration of piraeetam tablets）was applied in the control group. The treatment in both groups lasted for 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, nephelometry method was adopted to test the levels of C-reactive protein（CRP） while MMSE and ADL rating scale were used to examine cognitive function, social activities function and activities of daily living. Results The total effective rate was 60. 00% in the observation group, which was significantly superior to 53.33 % in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The changes of MMSE and ADL before and after the treatment in both groups were statistically different（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After the treatment, the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the eontrol group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared before the treatment, the levels of CRP in both groups after treatment were evidently lowered（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, which was more obvious in the observation group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The micro- acupuncture at sealp hairline area has definite effieaey on the treatment of vascular dementia, which could be related with lowering the level of CRP.
