摘 要:水性上光油具有无毒、无污染、成本低、运输方便、产品质量稳定等优点,本文采用预乳化结合半连续种子乳液聚合方法,制得了丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了软硬单体配比、复合乳化剂用量及配比、功能单体用量、引发剂用量、反应温度选择、保护胶用量等因素对乳液及涂膜性能影响。实验结果表明,BA和MMA质量比为4:5,OP-10和SDS比例为2:1,复合乳化剂总量为单体的3%,AA为2%,HEMA为3%,APS用量为单体的0.5%,,PVA1788用量为0.175%,反应温度为78℃,在上述条件下可制得稳定性良好、单体转化率较高、凝胶率较小的丙烯酸酯乳液,将此乳液对纸张进行涂布后,纸张的光泽度、抗水性等性能得到明显的改善。Water color varnish overprinting has advantages of no - toxicity, no - contamination lower cost, convenient transportations and steady quality of production. In this paper, A sort of acrylic emulsion was prepared by pre - emulsified and semi - continuous seed polymerization The effect of various reaction parameters on the emulsion and coating properties such as the proportion of soft and hard monomer, the concentration and the proportion of compound emulsifier, the eoneentration of function monomer, the concentration of initiator, the selection of reaction temperature, the concentration and types of protection of plastic were studied. Experimental results show that when the proportion of soft and hard monomers was 4:5, the proportion of OP - 10 and SDS was 2:1, the amount of compound emulsifier was 3% of the monomers, 2% AA, 3% HEMA, the dosage of APS was 0.5% of the monomers, the dosage of PVA1788 was 0. 175 of the monomers,the reaction temperature was78q2. Under above conditions, the acrylic emulsion was obtained with good stability and higher monomer conversion and lower gel rate. Using these acrylic emulsion for paper coating, paper gloss and water resistance were significantly improved.
