摘  要:风险优先矩阵是一种借助定性风险分析法进行标准化风险比较和风险表征的工具。利用风险优先矩阵,以风险发生的概率和风险发生时带来的危害程度确定风险等级。结合工程实例,从人身伤害、经济损失和环境损害三个方面评估风险等级,首次成功将此定性风险分析法应用于海上油气田开发候选方案的优化选择。Risk prioritization matrix is a tool that standardizes qualitative risk assessment enabling the characterization and comparison of risks. Consequence and likelihood classes are combined to determine the qualitative risk level from the matrix. Taking a project as an example, based on this qualitative risk assessment methodology, the qualitative risks of options are evaluated in tbe light of physical injuries, environmental damage, and economic losses. It clearly shows that the quahtative risk assessment methodology could be successfully applied in option selection of overall development plan for an offshore oil & gas field.
