摘 要:水资源短缺已成为世界面临的严重问题。目前国内的节水灌溉设备自动化程度普遍偏低,而国外的节水灌溉设备成本较高。无电源节水阀门是针对国内外节水灌溉设备存在的问题而设计的一种高度自动化、低成本且能实现无源自动控制的装置。阀门中湿敏材料的力学性能与控制单元的配合是无电源节水阀门的核心技术,研究了该节水阀门控制单元中湿敏材料的选择。Water shortage has become a serious problem all over the world. At present, the degree of automation of domestic water-saving irrigation equipment is generally low and foreign water-saving irrigation equipment is very expensive. A water-saving valve is a highly automated and low-cost device that is designed in view of the existing problems with domestic and foreign water-saving irrigation equipment and can realize automatic control with power supply. The mechanical properties of humidity-sensitive materials and the support of the control unit are the core of the water-saving valve. The selection of humidity-sensitive materials in the control unit of water-saving valves without electric power is studied.
