摘  要:采用水雾化法制备了Fe74Cr2Mo2B4Si4C2P10Sn2粉末,分析了雾化参数对粉末粒度、形貌等的影响,探讨了合金的非晶形成能力.结果表明,Fe-Cr-Mo合金有强的非晶形成能力,非晶化临界冷却速率约为104K/s;水雾化法可制备粒度小于175 μm的非晶粉,通过调整工艺可对粉末粒度、形貌进行调控,制备的粉末形貌规则、松装密度高、氧含量低,合成粉芯具有较低的损耗.Fe74Cr2Mo2B4Si4C2P10Sn2 powder was fabricated by water atomization. The influence of atomizing parameters on particle size, powder morphology etc. was analyzed, and the glass forming ability(GFA) of the alloy was also discussed. The results show that Fe-Cr-Mo alloy has good glass forming ability, the critical cooling rate is about 104 K. s". Amorphous powder with particle size less than 175 μm can be fabricated by water atomization. The particle size and powder morphology can be controlled by adjusting the processing parameters. The amorphous powder has regular particle shape, high loose density and low oxygen content. The composite powder core has low magnetic loss.
