摘 要:作为YZ-45型液压机的关键部件,为了提高其机架的强度和可靠性,设计采用钢丝预紧结构。首先阐述了钢丝预应力机架疲劳强度高于非预应力机架的原理,并在此基础上做了设计,采用三维造型软件做了精确的建模并做了较详细的有限元静力学分析,证实了设计的机架无论预紧还是工作时都安全。但发现机身承受的压应力较大且分布不均匀,所以对初步模型做了优化设计,对半圆梁和固定工作台的结构做了改进,且除立柱(35CrMo)外半圆梁的材料换用ZG310-570H,其余部件改用45钢,并做了有限元分析。分析结果表明:机架预紧和工作时最大应力分别较原设计减少了41.87%和66.2%,所以机身的安全性更高,成本更低,且研究成果已生产出相关设备并运行良好,为实际制造加工提供了参考依据。As a key part in YZ-45 hydraulic press, steel wire prestressed structure was desigened to improve the strength and reliability of the frame. Firstly, explcdned why the fatigue strength of a wire prestressed frame is higher than that of a non- prestressed frame's theoretically. A 3D modeling software was used to model precisely and to analyse with finite element method for the former structure.The results indicated that the stress was large and distributed unevenly ,although the frame was safe whether at work or on preload. Therefore, the structure of semicircle beams and the fixed table were optimized, and the material was replaced by ZG310-570H for beams and 45 steel for other parts except 35CrMo for column. After static analysis, the results showed that the max stress was reduced by 41.87% on preload and 66.2% at work respectively. The related equipments were produced and used in factory, and are in good operation. References have been pravided for practical manufacturing process, proves that the frame is safer and cheaper.
