摘 要:目前我国深水油气的开发技术刚刚起步,锁紧技术还属空白。卡爪作为深水套筒式连接器的关键部件,其结构十分复杂。通过对连接器锁紧机构进行力学分析,研究在同等内部介质压力作用下摩擦因子及其重要角度参数与所需液压缸预紧力的作用关系,并优化出相关参数的推荐值,为今后样机设计提供了理论依据。之后,在Hypermesh中对卡爪模型建模,以Optistruct为求解器,以卡爪最恶劣的服役工况下的载荷为设计基准,对卡爪结构进行拓扑优化,在满足加工工艺和考虑成本的前提下,优化了卡爪上下两端的自由尺寸,优化后卡爪同样满足强度要求,且质量降低了16.1%,到达了轻量化设计的目的。A t present, the development of deepwater oil and gas technology has just started, and locking technology is still vacant. As the key component of deep-water sleeve-typed connector, the structure of the finger is very complex. Through the mechanics analysis of the connector's locking mechanism , the research on reaction relationship between its important parameters and the pretighting force that hydraulic cylinder required is carried on, under the action of the some internal medium pressure and the friction factor, and the recommended value of relevant parameters is offered through the optimization, which provides a theoretical basis for the prototype design. After that, modeling the finger model in Hypermesh and referring the worst load condition of the finger at work as the design criterion, topology optimization for the jaw structure is carried on with Optistruct solver. On the premises of the processing technology met and the cost considered, free size of the top and bottom part of the finger is optimized. The optimized finger also meets the strength requirement, and the mass is reduced by 16.1%, which achieves the purpose of the lightweight design.
