摘  要:回转窑由筒体、轮带、托轮、挡轮、传动装置等组成。其重力全部作用在托轮上。回转窑经常因为支承结构设计缺陷导致系统生产事故。回转窑是水泥生产的核心设备,筒体长、跨距大,重载荷、大扭矩、多支点、是复杂的超静定运行系统。针对回转窑支承部位传统计算结果精确性差的问题,提出以水泥回转窑为研究对象,利用传统力学方法计算出支承点应力,再用ANSYS分析应力分布状况,依据筒体变形图和应力图,确定危险截面。依据应变云图,确定变形最大档位,调整跨距支承,保证筒体性能,以期为回转窑优化设计提供参考。Rotary kiln is consisted of cylinder, belting leather, wheel, gear wheel, gear, etc. All its gravity is impacted on the wheel. The design defects of the supporting structure often lead to the system production accidents of the rotary kiln. Rotary kiln, the core of the cement produetion equipment, with long tube, large span and heavy load, large torque, more protection, is a complicated statically indeterminate operation system. Aiming at the problems of the traditional calculation accuracy of rotary kiln supporting parts , the research object of cement rotary kiln is put forward, the traditional mechanics method is used to calculate the stress of supporting points, ANSYS is used to analyze stress distribution and to determine the dangerous section based on the cylinder deformation and stress diagram. According to the strain contours, maximum gear of the deformation is determined, span supporting is adjusted, performance of cylinder is guaranteed, and reference for optimization design of rotary kiln is provided.
