摘  要:将活塞做成异形孔可以降低其应力集中,提高其承载力降低活塞的疲劳磨损,延长其使用寿命。采用传统的方法很难满足活塞异形孔的加工精度要求,对活塞异形孔加工专用设备的微进给机构进行创新设计研究,提出一种基于超磁致伸缩材料的新型异形销孔加工方法。根据自动控制原理,结合超磁致伸缩材料特性,提出了异形活塞销孔径向微进给机构闭环控制系统,实际加工表明该方法提高了活塞加工的精度和效率,是目前解决活塞加工精度及效率问题的创新与突破。The special-shaped hole of piston can reduce the stress concentration, improve its bearing capacity to reduce the fatigue wear of the piston, prolong its service life. Piston abnormity bores processing using the traditional method is di^cult to achieve, non-cylinder pin hole of piston, h presents the processing of special equipment for micro feed mechanism, putting forward a new method for machining non cylinder pin hole based on magnetostrictive material. According to the theory of automatic control, combined with the characteristics of the magnetostrictive materials, it puts forward the special piston pin aperture to the micro feed mechanism of the closed-loop control system. The actual processing shows that the method improves the precision and efficency of piston processing, which is the innovation and breakthrough to solve the problem of piston machining precision and efficiency.
