摘 要:针对滑动轴承转子系统存在的尺寸误差,设计加工了滑动轴承系统实验平台,开发了基于LabVIEW软件平台的非线性动力学特性分析系统,描述了相应信号处理、模块设计的工作原理,分析了轴承宽度,轴承直径和轴颈直径的尺寸误差对摩擦功率损失的影响,并进行相应的能量损失实验研究。实验结果表明各种尺寸变化对系统会产生不同程度的影响,验证了尺寸误差对转子轴承系统摩擦功率的影响实验与理论结果的一致性。为转子系统参数及其公差设计,降低能耗,提供了理论依据。According to the existence of dimension errors on hydrodynamic journal bearing system, the experimental platform of hydrodynamic journal bearing system was established, the nonlinear dynamics analysis system based on software development platform of LabVIEW graphical programming language was developed, also the corresponding signal processing and module design works was introduced. The effects of the friction power loss brought by the dimension'al errors of the bearing width, bearing diameter and journal diameter were analyzed, and the corresponding energy loss "experiment was conducted. The results show that different dimensional errors will hare varying degrees of impact on the system, and verified the consistency of the experimental and theoretical results of the dimensional errors on the energy loss of the rotor-bearing system. A theoretical basis to design parameters, tolerance and reduce energy consumption ofrotar system was provided.
