摘  要:介绍了一种多油缸同步驱动控制方案,该方案主要用于大型模锻液压机活动横梁的平衡控制,即在液压机活动横梁四角对称安装四个精密制造的液压缸,采用四个拉线位移传感器实时检测液压机活动横梁四角位移,利用数字阀控制液压缸输入流量,四个液压缸分别对液压机活动横梁四角水平位移进行调节,通过控制数字阀缝隙长度来间接控制液压缸的位移和速度,实现液压机活动横梁的水平控制。同时利用AMESim软件对该同步控制液压系统进行仿真,分析液压缸流量、位移与数字阀缝隙长度之间的变化关系。It introduced a control scheme of synchronous driving with multi-cylinders. This scheme mainly was used to control the balance of the activity crossbeam of large-scale forging hydraulic press, It adopted four precision manufacturing hydraulic cylinders which were symmetrically installed on the corners of the crossbeam of hydraulic press, and four displacement sensors to detect the displacements of the corners of the crossbeam, then used the digital valve to control the input flow of hydraulic cylinder, and the four hydraulic cylinders to regulate the quadrangular horizontal displacements on the crossbeam. It regulated the position and speed of the hydraulic cylinder by controlling gap length of the digital valve, and this ensured the balance control of the crossbeam of hydraulic press. Concurrently, it simulated the synchronous control hydraulic system by software AMESim, and analyzed the changing relationship between the hydraulic cylinder's displacement and the digital valve's gap length.
