摘 要:为描述起重机吊钩提升重物非线性时域内等效应力分布规律,改善其设计优化的合理性,考虑多种随机变量,融合有限元法和响应面法进行了吊钩等效应力的可靠性灵敏度分析。通过在非线性载荷下的结构分析,计算出吊钩等效应力的分布情况,选取等效应力最大点作为输出响应对吊钩进行概率分析;在计算点处考虑随机变量的影响,结合响应面拟合蒙特卡洛法计算出吊钩等效应力分布概率和符合设计要求的可靠度,并分析了影响等效应力的随机变量灵敏度。结果表明:吊钩等效应力和安全概率基本符合设计要求;得出了吊钩等效应力分布的主要影响因素是等效载荷,灵敏度概率达到96.19%。To describe the Von Mises stress distribution of crane hook during lifting an object, and improve the rationality of the design and optimization, the reliability and sensitivity of the Von Mises stress of crane hook was analyzed based on finite element method and response surface method considering various random variables. Through the structural analysis under nonlinear load, Von Mises stress distribution of crane hook was calculated,as well as the maximal stress points were regarded as the probabilistic analysis points to analyze the probability of crane hook. Considering the effect of the random variables, the distribution probability and allowable reliability of the Von Mises stress of crane hook was calculated, and sensitivity of the random variables influencing hook stress were completed by fusing respond surface and Monte Carlo method The results show that the Von Mises stress and the safety probability of the hook basically meet the design requirements; the load is the main influence factor to the Von Mises stress distribution of crane hook, the sensitivity rate reaches 96.19 percent.
