摘  要:为解决混凝土砌块成形中普遍存在的密实度不均匀问题,提出了一种基于混沌振动的混凝土砌块成型机,其核心部件为混沌激振器。激振器采用偏心轴套偏心转盘的双偏心系统,系统具有较强的非几何线性,能够产生混沌振动。对激振器的振动特性进行研究,旨在获得激振器的真实振动频率范围。首先建立了该激振器基于动能、势能振动过程的数学模型,然后借助MATLAB的SIMULINK模块,对激振器振动过程进行仿真,实现对所建立振动过程数学模型的验证。振动状态方程和仿真结果均表明:两个偏心装置的振动状态为混沌振动,产生了接近全频的振动频率。最后通过PFC2D仿真模拟实际成型过程,发现混沌振动混凝土砌块密实度显著提高。To solve the problem of uneven compactness which is common in concrete block forming, A kind of conerete block forming machine based on chaotic vibration is put forward, its core components is chaotic vibrator. The vibrator adopts double eccentric system of eccentric shaft sleeve and eccentric wheel, and has strong non geometric linear and can create chaotic vibration. The vibrator aims to obtain real vibration frequency range of vibrator to study the vibration characteristics of vibration. Mathematical model of the vibrator which is based on the vibration process of kinetic energy and potential energy is established, vibration process of the vibrator is simulated by using SIMULINK module of MATLAB to test the mathematical model established for vibration process. Vibration state equation and simulation results show that the vibration state of two eccentric gear is chaotic vibration, and produced vibration frequency close to full range frequency. PFC2D simulation of practical forming process shows that concrete block compactness of chaotic vibration increases significantly.
