摘  要:以聚碳酸酯二醇、聚醚二醇、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、三乙胺、1,6-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、羟乙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷(SHG)为原料,制备了有机硅改性水性聚氨酯(WPU-Si)。研究了SHG用量对WPU-Si膜的吸水性、力学性能、硬度、热稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着SHG添加量的增加,WPU-Si膜的吸水率先急剧降低,后趋于平缓;水接触角先急剧增大,后趋于平缓;拉伸强度越来越大,断裂伸长率逐渐降低;硬度先增后减,在SHG质量分数为4%时达到最大2 H;膜的热稳定性逐渐提高。综合考虑,SHG的质量分数选择4%。A silicone-modified water-borne polyurethane ( WPU-Si ) was prepared with polycarbonate gly-col, polyether diol , isophorone diisocyanate , dihydromethyl propionic acid , triethylamine, 1,6-hexanedioltrime-thylolpropane , and hydroxyethyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane ( SHG ) as the raw materials .Influence of SHG content on the water absorption , mechanical property , hardness and thermal stability of WPU-Si membrane was studied .Results show that with the increase of SHG , the water absorption of WPU-Si membrane sharply de-creases firstly and then reduces gradually .The water contact angle of WPU-Si membrane increases at first and then drops gently .When its tensile strength becomes bigger and bigger , its elongation at break decreases gradu-ally, and the hardness increases at first and then decreases .When 4%of SHG is added, the water-borne polyu-rethane′s hardness attains the maximum of 2H, and the thermal stability of the membrane is improved .In con-clusion , the optimum content of SHG is 4%.
