浙江电网电力电缆故障的原因分析和对策

摘　　要：统计了2010—2013年5月浙江电网电力电缆的各类故障,对电力电缆典型故障进行了分析。主要原因有:主绝缘老化、水电树枝影响、安装工艺不当、外力破坏、电缆及附件质量差、外部过电压等。针对电缆施工敷设、电缆附件制作工艺、电缆状态检修和电缆运维管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。This paper makes a census of various kinds of faults occurred between 2010 and May 2013 in Zhejiang power grid and analyzes typical faults of power cables. The primary causes are major insulation age-ing, water and electricity branch influences, improper installation technology, external damage, poor quality of cables and accessories, exterior overvoltage and so on. The corresponding countermeasures for problems existing in cable construction and laying , cable accessory manufacturing handicraft , condition-based mainte-nance and operation and maintenance management of cable are put forward.
