摘　　要：目的:设计临床快速生成和审核全静脉营养处方的相关程序,为静脉营养液的快速配制和审核提供参考。方法:利用Excel电子表格,按照相关要求,输入计算公式,制作全静脉营养处方生成和审核程序。结果:开具处方时直接在表格中输入给定用量,即自动生成全静脉营养处方。审核处方时直接在表格中输入处方用量,即自动生成全静脉营养液的各项参数。结论:使用Excel电子表格程序计算全静脉营养液参数快速准确,可以用于临床全静脉营养处方的生成和审核。Objective： To design a program to generate and verify of TPN prescriptions for clinicians. Methods： According to clinical requirements, the computational formulas were input into the Excel sheet software and the program was produced. Results： The TPN prescription was generated automatically after inputting dosages into Excel. When Prescription audit, all the parameters of TPN were automatically generated after inputting dosages into the software. Conclusions： It is rapid and accurate to use the Excel program to calculate the TPN parameters. For physicians and pharmacists it is very useful.
