中药药氧、头体针及康复综合疗法治疗缺血性中风恢复期38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察开窍中药药氧、头体针及康复疗法治疗缺血性中风恢复期的临床疗效。方法:选取79例缺血性中风恢复期患者,按数字表法随机分为治疗组38例和对照组41例。对照组采用头体针配合康复综合疗法;治疗组采用中药药氧配合头体针、康复综合疗法,两组治疗时间均为2个疗程(14 d为1疗程)。结果:治疗两个疗程后,治疗组有效率为92.1%,显著高于对照组的73.2%(P<0.05);治疗组神经功能缺损评分减少显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开窍中药药氧疗法治疗缺血性中风恢复期有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Resuscitation Chinese medicine medicinal oxygen, Scalp and body acupuncture and rehabilitation combined therapy on ischemic stroke recovery patients. Methods： The 79 cases of ischemic stroke recovery patients were selected and divided randomly into treatment group and control group, respectively 38 and 41 cases in each. Patients were treated by Scalp and body acupuncture as well as rehabilitation combined therapy, and patients in treatment group were treated with TCM medicinal oxygen, Scalp and body acupuncture and rehabilitation combined therapy. The two groups were treated for 2 courses （14 days for a course of treatment）. Results： After 2 course of treatment, the effec- tive rate was 92.1% in treatment group, which was higher was than that of the control group with 73.2% （P〈0.05）; the treatment group showed better reduce of neural function defect score than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Resuscitation Chinese medicine medicinal oxygen, Scalp and body acupuncture and rehabilitation combined therapy can provide well effect for ischemic stroke recovery patients.
