摘　　要：目的建立小儿温里止泻贴剂中桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为迪马Kromasil C18,流动相为乙腈-水(35:75),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长290 nm。结果桂皮醛平均回收率97.54%,RSD 1.27%。结论本方法无干扰,准确、重现性好,可用作含量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of cinnamaldehyde in Xiaoer Wenlizhixie Patch.Methods HPLC has been developed.The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （35∶75）,with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detective wavelength was 290 nm.Results The average recovery of cinnamaldehyde is 97.54 ％,with RSD of 1.27 ％.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used as the quality control method of Xiaoer Wenlizhixie Patch.
