综合护理干预在ICU清醒患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在ICU清醒患者中的应用效果。方法将我院ICU2012年9月至2013年8月收治的100例清醒患者按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合性护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的监护、气管拔管时间显著短于对照组，并发症的发生率及焦虑程度显著低于对照组，治疗效果及护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组在总体健康、生理功能、躯体疼痛方面的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预有效提高了ICU清醒患者的护理质量，显著提高了患者的治疗效果，改善了ICU内的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the awake patients in ICU. Methods A total of 100 awake patients in ICU from 2012 September to 2013 August in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group. According to different nursing methods, the control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was adopted comprehensive nursing, nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results Monitoring time, extubation time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group. The incidence rate of complications and the anxiety degree were significantly lower than those in the control group, the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Life quality score in the general health, physiological function, body pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing quality for awake patients in ICU; it can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve the life quality.
