摘　　要：目的：为提高临床麻醉风险意识，探讨麻醉风险评估方法。方法通过检索知网和PubMed，加实践总结。结果得出麻醉风险的有关因素和麻醉风险评估方法：APACHEⅡ评分系统、POSSUM评分系统、ASA分级。结论医生和护士强化了麻醉风险意识，能正确处理风险隐患，提高麻醉质量。Objective To explore the method of the anesthetic risk assessment for improving the clinical anesthesia risk awareness . Methods The website of CNKI, PubMed and clinical practice were used .Results The factors related to risk of anesthesia and the meth-od of anesthesia risk assessment were concluded APACHE scoring system , POSSUM system and ASA classification.Conclusions The anes-thesia risks awareness of the doctors and nurses are strengthened in order to correctly handle the risks and improve the quality of anesthesia .
