摘　　要：[目的]探讨王会仍名老中医治疗急性、亚急性咳嗽的临床经验。[方法]分析王会仍老师在治疗急性、亚急性咳嗽时的辨证要点及用药特点,并结合王老师临床典型案例。[结果]王会仍老师辨治急性、亚急性咳嗽时抓住祛邪和恢复脏腑功能两大原则,结合病人情况随证采用祛风散寒、清热化痰、宣肃肺气、疏肝泻火、和胃降逆等方法,疗效颇佳。[结论]以祛邪和恢复脏腑功能为原则治疗急性、亚急性咳嗽,临床上行之有效,值得广大医者借鉴。[Objective]To summarize doctor Wang Huireng＇s clinical experience on treating acute/subacute cough. [Method]To summarize the clinical therapeutic principles of doctor Wang Huireng on treatment of acute/subacute cough, and analyze the clinical typical cases.[Results]Removing pathogenic factors and restoring zan-fu organs function are two treatment principles of doctor Wang Huireng,he uses methods like dispelling wind and cold, clearing heat and resolving phlegm, releasing lung qi, smoothing liver,normalizing the function of stomach, and the effect is very good. [Conclusion] Removing pathogenic factors and restoring zan-fu organs function are the treatment principles. The experience is effective and ＇worthy inheritance and promotion.
